Property maintenance
Property maintenance is the general list: small repairs, making good, exterior woodwork, and keeping a house or a small rented building presentable between larger projects. If the job is really a roof, a gutter, a chimney or a decorating scheme, use those pages. This one is the rest.
The sort of list people bring
A gate that has dropped, timber that needs cutting back into sound wood, a deck to build or to put right, snagging after other work, and a handful of repairs that do not justify four different contractors. The gallery shows a new timber deck against a brick house. That is a job photograph of decking.
Chimney repointing is on its own page: chimney repointing and repair.
Where the other pages start
Roof repairs, guttering and soffits and painting and decorating are the trades people most often mix into a maintenance list. Residential and commercial describe who the building is for.
Visits from the Isleham base cover Ely, Newmarket and Bury St Edmunds.

Questions people ask
Is property maintenance the same as chimney repair?
Chimneys, roofs, gutters, moss removal and decorating each have a page. Property maintenance is general upkeep and small repairs around the building.
