Commercial property
Commercial work, for this site, means a shop, a small commercial building or a let property that needs the same practical trades: roof, gutters, decorating, maintenance. This page does not name clients.
What to ask for
Describe the building and the fault. A flat roof over a shop, a leak above a stock room, or decoration of a room that the public sees are all reasonable things to put in front of Jamie. He will say if the size of the building is one Tradex can take.
The trade pages still apply: flat roof replacement, roof repairs, painting and decorating and property maintenance. Homes are covered under residential work.
Access and timing
Say if the work has to avoid opening hours, and who will meet Jamie on site. You get a yes or a conversation about the job, and a quotation if he can do it.
Visits from the Isleham base cover Ely, Newmarket and Bury St Edmunds.
