What we use your details for
If you contact us, we use the details you give to:
- reply to you
- prepare a quotation you have asked for
- arrange a visit or work you have asked us to do
- keep a record of that enquiry and of any work that follows from it
We do not sell enquiry details, and we do not use them for a mailing list.
Lawful bases
When you ask for a quotation or for work, the lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and then performing that contract if the work goes ahead. Answering a message or a call you started is also in our legitimate interests: responding to the enquiry you sent.
The quotation and contact forms
Your enquiry is emailed to info@trpm.co.uk so Jamie can reply. A form message contains your name, email, phone number, town or postcode, the service you chose, and your description of the work.
Phone calls and email
If you phone or email, we use those details for the same purposes. We do not record calls on this website.
How long we keep an enquiry
We keep an enquiry while Jamie needs it to reply, quote, or carry out work you asked for. We have not set a fixed number of months. You can ask us to delete an enquiry, and we will, unless we have to keep it for a legal reason.
Cookies
This site uses Umami, a self-hosted privacy-friendly analytics tool that sets no cookies and collects no personal data. It records anonymous page views and named interaction events (phone, quote, and a successful enquiry). Those events do not include your name, email, phone number, or the message you typed. The site does not use advertising or chat tools, and it does not set its own cookies. The pages do not embed a map. A link on the contact page can open Google Maps if you choose to follow it. That is Google's website, not a cookie set here. Because there are no cookies, this site does not show a cookie banner.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our using it. Email info@trpm.co.uk. We may need to confirm it is you before we act.
Complaints
You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you think your details have been handled badly: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. The ICO helpline is 0303 123 1113.
