A loft conversion is structure, stairs, fire safety and, usually, building control. It is a larger project than a roof repair or a decorating job. This page stays short on purpose.
What to ask
If you are thinking about a loft in Ely, Newmarket or Bury St Edmunds, phone Jamie and describe the house: the roof shape, whether the loft is already boarded, and how you get up there now. He will say if it is work Tradex can take on, or if you need a different contractor for part of it.
